E.D.R. PRODUCTS:  uses the latest, industry-standard security system to ensure that the information you provide is protected.

RETURN POLICY:

Returns of acceptable items must be made within 30 days of the shipping date from E.D.R. PRODUCTS. Please note that refunds do not include the cost of shipping merchandise back to E.D.R. MINISTRIES. All return orders more than $40.00 are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the processing of your refund.

Items must meet the following requirements to be accepted for return – no exceptions:

• Regular in-stock merchandise
• New condition, in original packaging with original tags attached

The following are final-sale items and will not be accepted for return or exchange under any circumstances: special-order merchandise, clearance merchandise, books, CD’s and DVD’s.

Other items that will not be accepted for return:

.    Those sent back to E.D.R. PRODUCTS without a Return Authorization number

.    Those sent back to E.D.R. PRODUCTS after the 30-day return period

.     Return Authorization number will be email to you upon request.
